Happy Jamaica Day

  For a ll the Jamaicans out there, we would've celebrated Jamaica day. However, due to Covid 19, we feel like we've lost the passion and the feel of this extraordinary day. On January 1, I stated that no matter what we need to let this passion run free.  Yes we can't get to socialize with friends, but just listening to music and celebrating with family is good enough. I feel deprived of my culture because of some virus but if that's how we need to keep safe we have to.  The point I'm making is don't forget who you are. Remember your ancestors and their culture that was passed down to you. Embrace your culture because one day something may appear out of the blue and you will feel deprived. Spread the love and we will talk next time. Bye!!

Love Yourself

  I am pretty sure we were exposed to the world in which one would say , " My nose is so big, or " My lips are too small." These people say that based of: a) opinions, b) low self esteem and c) no self love. Let's take a look at these.     Bad opinions don't matter. If you listen to these the persons either dislike you or don't know what they are saying. Most times the person just doesn't know. It is your body just remember that let your thoughts shape you and not the influence of others' mere opinions. Low self-esteem is one that is popular amongst us, humans. We shouldn't allow ourselves to feel low. It can lead to depression, and a lack of confidence. You do anything to higher yourself and one of those things is surgery. It won't make you feel higher but lower and lower. Why does it makes you feel lower? Because you are changing who you are to who you weren't made to be. Stop and Think Guys!! Finally, self love.
